is the third release from the A Quiet Place saga. This film is a spin-off and prequel to A Quiet Place (2018) which is set on the first day Earth was attacked by aliens.
The invasion wreaks havoc in New York City. Aliens who have ultrasonic hearing attack New York, which is known for being noisy, until the fate of humanity is on the verge of destruction.
The chaos centers on a character named Sam (Lupita Nyong'o) who is in New York with her cat, Frodo, when the invasion occurs. In this effort to survive, Sam gets to know Eric (Joseph Quinn) and they fight together until the end.

The story of A Quiet Place: Day One begins to reach its final stage when Eric invites Sam to fulfill his last wish before he dies of increasingly serious cancer.
He has a desire to eat pizza because as a child, Sam often watched his father play the piano at the bar and then ate pizza together at Patsy's.
Eric tried to fulfill this wish by taking Sam to the bar where he saw his father playing music as a child.
Eric also fulfills another of Sam's wishes by bringing him pizza from the shop next door. Even though it wasn't Patsy's pizza, Sam felt like all his wishes had been fulfilled before he died.
